Ingredients:
• 2 cod steaks
• 1/four cup sherry
• half tbs soy sauce
• 2 tbs lemon pepper flavoring
• 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
STEPS:
• Mix together in а bowl; sherry, lemon pepper flavoring, soy sauce; and balsamic vinegar.
• Add cod steaks and marinate for 20 mins.
• Transfer marinated cod steaks in the mini-on the spot pot. Seal pot with cover and choose HIGH pressure for 6 minutes, permit to discharge pressure usually then open the pinnacle.
